The writer is a fifty-something female, working in a government mental health facility in Australia.  Thats as specific as we get, here. I am highly opinionated, always assertive, and rarely wrong.  (Well that’s a nice fantasy anyway!). I’ll write on anything that takes my fancy at the time, and have no real plans to restrict the content of the blog to any particular theme or topic.

“Oh Bother!” exists because my previous blog was sailing too close to the edge of what was reasonable, in terms of whistleblowing and public comment, and my employment would have been in jeopardy eventually, because of it.  I let the domain (and thus my identity) go, and have been awaiting an opportunity to have an anonymous wordpress blog.
